1. Platform Nature & Safe-Harbor Declaration
DocMaker Studio is strictly a document formatting, rendering, and templating utility tool (analogous to word processors, spreadsheet software, or graphic editors). DocMaker does NOT act as an employer, financial institution, accounting agency, or government authority. We do not verify, audit, or authenticate user-supplied inputs.
2. User Responsibility & Statutory Truthfulness
- Authenticity: You represent and warrant that you hold legitimate authorization to issue and represent the entities, salary figures, tax registrations (GSTIN/PAN/CIN), and company details you input into the service.
- Prohibition of Fraud: Generating fabricated, fictitious, or forged pay slips, tax invoices, experience letters, or identity records for fraudulent bank loans, visa applications, tax evasion (unlawful ITC claiming), or identity theft is strictly prohibited and constitutes a punishable offense under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Information Technology Act 2000, and Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act 2017.
- Legal Force: Computer-generated documents rendered through this platform acquire official legal validity solely upon bona-fide execution, accurate statutory backing, and authorized signature/seal by the legitimate issuing entity.
3. Invoicing & Tax Law Compliance
Invoices generated through this tool follow standard commercial invoicing architecture under Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, 2017. Users remain individually responsible for proper tax remittance, HSN/SAC code classifications, and filing of statutory GST returns (GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B) with the respective taxation authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability
DocMaker Studio, its operators, and infrastructure providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful submission of generated documents to third parties, banks, or regulatory bodies.
